Before buying Promescent in Bangladesh, check how to use it, possible side effects and the evidence behind its claims. Beshi Khushi sells this product; this guide is an editorial review, not an independent product test.
What is Promescent, and how does it work?
Lidocaine temporarily reduces sensation where it is applied. The published Promescent label lists approximately 10 mg per spray and describes its purpose as temporarily slowing ejaculation. It does not promise a permanent cure. Source: DailyMed product label.
Finishing sooner than you want and having trouble getting or keeping an erection are different concerns. The manufacturer states that delay sprays do not improve erection strength. If both happen, explain both to a clinician rather than assuming one product will address them. Manufacturer information.
How to use Promescent Delay Spray
Read the Drug Facts panel on the bottle and carton you receive. Online descriptions and packaging can differ, so clarify any mismatch before use.
- Gently shake the bottle and prime the pump according to the pack instructions.
- The published directions specify 3–10 sprays to the head and shaft, 10 minutes before intercourse, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the labelled amount.
- The manufacturer advises rubbing it in until dry. Allow the full labelled waiting time.
- Wash the product off after intercourse.
These steps summarize the manufacturer's Drug Facts and directions. More spray is not a shortcut to a better experience. If the directions are unclear or the effect is uncomfortable, seek advice instead of experimenting with additional doses.
Can Promescent transfer to your partner?
Do not read “anti-transfer” as a guarantee of zero partner exposure. The manufacturer describes a formulation intended to reduce transfer when used correctly, but correct timing and cleaning still matter. Tell your partner you are using it and pay attention to comfort as well as timing.
For oral activity, the manufacturer's FAQ advises waiting 10 minutes, then wiping the treated area with a damp towel. It also states compatibility with latex and polyisoprene condoms. Check the current instructions for both products; do not extend that statement to every condom material. Source: Promescent FAQ.
Promescent side effects and who should avoid it
Do not use it if either partner is allergic to lidocaine or topical anesthetics. Avoid eyes and broken or irritated skin. Stop if either person develops burning, itching or a rash; seek medical advice if symptoms persist. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you have liver problems. Keep it away from children and get medical help if swallowed. DailyMed warnings.
Pregnancy warning: the DailyMed label revised June 2026 says not to use it if your partner is or may be pregnant. The manufacturer's website instead advises asking a clinician. Given that difference, avoid use in this situation and have a healthcare professional check your exact product.
Does research show that Promescent works?
A 2016 study followed 91 men with self-reported subjective premature ejaculation through 14 days of online reports. Average reported time to ejaculation was 11.16 minutes during product-use events and 6.81 minutes without it. This suggests a possible benefit, but it does not predict your result. Read the study abstract.
The study used self-reported timing, not stopwatch measurement, and was not a blinded, placebo-controlled trial. Participants were US residents with subjective concerns; the findings do not establish that the product is best for Bangladeshi men or better than every alternative. Its short duration also limits what it tells us about long-term experience. The authors disclosed commercial ties, including funding from the manufacturer to one author. Study methods and limitations.
Is Promescent FDA-approved?
A drug listing or NDC number alone does not prove FDA approval. The FDA explicitly distinguishes listing from approval. US listing also does not establish Bangladesh regulatory status. FDA explanation.
Promescent price in Bangladesh: what to check
See the current Promescent price, pack options and availability. Before comparing two offers, confirm that the pack size and labelled spray count match. Then ask about expiry, packaging condition, the receipt and the seller's return policy. A low price, barcode or “original” label alone is not an authenticity test.
If you want to compare options, our Bangladesh delay-spray comparison guide explains differences between products. For a closer look at seller and packaging checks, read the original-versus-fake delay spray checklist.
Common questions about Promescent
What is Promescent Delay Spray used for?
Promescent is a lidocaine spray used to temporarily slow ejaculation by reducing sensitivity. It is not a permanent cure or a treatment for erection difficulties.
How long should I wait after applying Promescent?
The published Drug Facts directions specify applying it 10 minutes before intercourse. Follow the directions on your exact pack rather than treating a shorter marketing estimate as permission to rush.
Can Promescent numb my partner?
Transfer and unwanted numbness should not be treated as impossible. Follow the waiting and cleaning directions, and stop if either partner develops irritation or discomfort.
Where can I check Promescent price in Bangladesh?
Use the linked Promescent product page for current price, pack options and availability. Compare the exact pack and labelled spray count; this article does not maintain a fixed price.
When is it better to speak with a doctor?
If the product gives no relief when used as directed, stop and seek medical advice, as the label recommends. You can say, “I am finishing sooner than I want, and it is bothering me.” You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis or choose a treatment in advance.
For general application precautions, see how to use delay spray safely. Follow the exact Promescent label for product-specific instructions.
